Is it me, or does it seem like customer service in this country is getting worse? Well, if recent reports are to be believed… it actually is. In fact, in one report alone, over 56% of the people interviewed said they NEVER got a resolution to their problem… heck, they never even got an apology!

I don’t get it. I can’t fit that into my thought process.


Honestly, I don’t think my company is exceptional. Being honest? Being trustworthy? Having integrity? Performing high-quality work? To me, these should not be considered exceptional qualities—they should be part of every home improvement contractor’s mode of operation. But sometimes it can be hard to find a contractor who truly excels in all of these areas. And that’s why I try to make Blind Magic the proverbial “needle in the contractor haystack.”

People are more important than profits.

We want clients for life, not just a job. That means treating you with respect and realizing that when you invite us into your home you are entrusting us with the safety and well-being of not only your hard earned money and largest financial asset but also your family. I’ve noticed over the years that some consumers will choose less-than-reputable companies to do jobs for them usually because they are quoted less money. Don’t get me wrong. I’m all for good, honest competition, but it pains me to see good folks risk their hard earned money with contractors who have no track record, or worse, a bad (but hidden) track record.
