When selecting a blinds company, you should ask, what happens after I buy your blinds?

Let’s say 3 years down the road, you have one of the cords on your blinds break. What do you do? Do they have a physical location you can bring in your blind to be repaired? Are they an independent consultant who has changed careers, or retired from the business?

Or do they have a physical showroom and service centre, where you can bring your broken blind to get fixed?

What we do

We believe it is important to help all our customers with their blinds for the next 10-15 years of ownership. If you need warranty work done, we take care of it at no cost. If you need your blinds repaired or serviced, we provide those services. If you move to a new home 5 years from now and need new blinds, we provide a previous customer discount.

These are the kinds of service that you miss out on when you buy from an independent consultant, or a big box store.

Blinds companies with physical locations, who have been in business for 20+ years, are much more likely to still be in business 10 years from now, and provide the service you deserve.
